  • This fee is a contribution towards having the house cleaned inside and out as well as having the linens and towels washed after you leave.
  • This fee does not cover a daily cleaning service.
  • This fee does not cover deep cleaning, extra heavy cleaning, carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning.

This is our standard admin/service fee.

  • Refundable security deposit covers:
    • Loss of keys
    • Breakage
    • Deep clean
    • Anything that needs to be rectified on the property.
  • Full deposit refunded after successful exit inspection.
  • Our base nightly rate is for up to 12 people only.
  • For each extra person we have an additional cost of R249 per person per night.

Although Palm Valley Inn best suits 12 people, our maximum capacity is 16 for those who are willing to squeeze.

  • For safety and security reasons we do not permit viewing before a completed long term booking.
  • We have included a walk through video of the entire property to give you a visual of what to expect at Palm Valley Inn.
  • You'd have the option between paying via standard EFT directly into our bank account or
  • Paying using your credit card via YOCO secure payments.
  • If you are making a booking well in advance, we do allow split payments on condition that the final payment is made 14 days before the date of check-in.

  • Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation fee
  • Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation fee
  • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival = 15% of accommodation fee
